Based on the main tasks that were on scope, we divided the survey building process in three high level tasks

1. Build
   The entire survey, all the questions, answers, and survey logic are created in this step

2. Brand
   The look and feel, logos, fonts, backgrounds, colors are set in this step

3. Distribute
   How are we going to distribute the survey, survey invitation, survey link settings, etc

We observed several users build suveys in our old application and mapped the entire task flow. We then validated the flow with some of our in-house experts. In our flow we included sentiment for the different steps since we wanted to understand the what were the biggest pain points on the survey building process.
